For those unaware, Kashmera and Krushna welcomed Rayaan and Krishaang via surrogacy in 2017. Kashmera Shah has often opened up about her difficult journey to becoming a mother. In previous interviews, the actress shared that she went through 14 unsuccessful IVF attempts before she and Krushna Abhishek eventually chose surrogacy.

Speaking about their relationship, Kashmera and Krushna first met while working on the film Aur Pappu Pass Ho Gaya. The two dated for several years and lived together before secretly getting married in Las Vegas in 2013.
