During an appearance on the SHE MD Podcast, the 70-year-old spoke openly with hosts Dr. Thais Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney about her health and wellness regimen. 'I did not do, like, an Ozempic,' Jenner stated, adding, 'I tried it. We tried it once when no one knew what it was and it made me really sick.' Recalling the experience, Jenner said she contacted her doctor after suffering from severe nausea and confessed, 'I can't work anymore. I can't. I'm so sick.'

She then went on to disclose that they subsequently decided to try an alternative and explored other wellness options. 'I realized that a peptide injection was really great for me,' Jenner shared, noting that she also incorporated supplements such as fish oils and omega-3. 'And that was a game changer,' she said. In addition to helping her manage her weight, she explained that the new routine 'bought me an extra couple of hours at night because I get up so early. I tend to want to go and collapse as soon as I have my last email or my last call or see my kids and have dinner and I'm done.'
