With Mother's Day approaching, television stars Nia Sharma and Ankita Lokhande have shared heartfelt tributes to their mothers, highlighting the profound impact they have had on their lives.
Nia Sharma's Tribute to Her Mother
Nia Sharma, currently featured on the show 'Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment', expressed that her strength is a direct inheritance from her mother. She said, "I watched her navigate life with an incredible resilience that grew into the confidence I carry today." Sharma emphasized that people recognize the security of having a supportive mother behind her, who always encouraged her to take up space. She fondly recalled a family trip where her mother got lost on a hop-on hop-off bus, only to be found hours later sitting on the roof, calmly capturing videos of the city while the family panicked. "That's just her, effortlessly turning chaos into a memory we will laugh about forever," Sharma added.
This year felt especially meaningful as Sharma had the opportunity to shoot with her mother on 'Laughter Chefs', where they cooked a meal together. "Having her there, in my work world, sharing that moment with me, meant everything. No matter what I do, I know I can never match everything she's done for me, but I'll keep trying in the most honest way possible. Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing moms out there!"
Ankita Lokhande's Gratitude for Two Mothers
Ankita Lokhande, also starring in 'Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment', shared her gratitude for having two mothers in her life. "Some blessings in life come doubled, and for me, that blessing is having two mothers to love, guide, and protect me," she said. Lokhande explained that one mother gave her life, while her mother-in-law embraced her as her own, providing strength, warmth, and unconditional love. "Every day, I feel incredibly grateful for both of them - their prayers are my biggest strength, and their happiness is all that matters to me. How wonderful it is to have had both my mother's grace, Laughter Chefs, a show that is very close to my heart. Happy Mother's Day to my two pillars of strength and all the mothers doing a fab job raising children!"
Mother's Day will be celebrated on May 8th this year.
