"My parents were quite strict, and we spent a lot of time praying at home," he recalls. The day, however, would seamlessly transition into merriment by evening, filled with favourite movies, playtime with friends, and soaking in the festive atmosphere.
He notes how his observance of the festival has transformed over the years. "While faith still remains at the heart of Christmas, the way we celebrate it has evolved," Noel explains. Today, his seasonal happiness is also derived from activities like decorating the Christmas tree, baking cakes, and cherishing quality moments with his circle of friends.
The First Bake: Aromatic Cakes and Heartfelt Gifts
The standout feature of Noel Sean's Christmas this year was undoubtedly his venture into baking. "This year, I wanted to try something new — I baked cakes for the first time," he reveals. Guided by his baker friend Sunaina, he embarked on creating three plum cakes.
The process, lasting about an hour and a half, was filled with simple joys. "The aroma while baking was such a joy, and I loved watching the cakes rise in the oven," he shares. The fun extended to decorating the cakes with nuts before they were ready to be gifted.
The distribution of his homemade creations added to the warmth. One cake was gifted to his mother, whose happiness upon receiving it was a highlight. Another went to Srivalli, the wife of music composer MM Keeravani, and the third was presented to one of his closest friends.

Noel's Christmas plans this year are centred around friendship. He is hosting a festive gathering for his close friends, making the occasion feel extra meaningful. Among the special guests are the newly married couple, Rahul Sipligunj and his wife Harinya. Noel cherishes his unique bond with singer Rahul, stating that celebrating Christmas with him will make the day even more memorable.
When reminiscing about past Christmases, one memory shines brightly for Noel. He fondly recalls his early twenties when Srivalli, MM Keeravani's wife, acted as his "first Santa Claus." Her thoughtful and personal gifts made him eagerly await her presents every year. This tradition of gift-giving, he believes, encapsulates the spirit of sharing and joy that defines the season.
