The visit was arranged after party leaders informed Pawan Kalyan about the teenager's long-standing desire to meet him. Upon learning about the request, the actor made time to personally visit Niranjan and spend time with his family.

According to India Today, during the visit, Pawan Kalyan interacted closely with Niranjan and his family members. He listened to details about the teenager's condition and sought information about the treatment currently being administered. The actor reportedly spent considerable time speaking with the family, offering words of encouragement and support.

Apart from meeting the teenager, Pawan Kalyan also extended financial support to assist with medical expenses. The actor contributed Rs 1 lakh toward Niranjan's treatment. As part of the visit, Pawan Kalyan presented sacred prasadam of Sri Venkateswara Swamy and offered prayers for the teenager's health and recovery.
