Prithviraj Sukumaran, a prominent name in Malayalam cinema, has made headlines not only for his acting career but also for his reported investments and luxurious lifestyle. His recent property purchase in Mumbai has drawn significant attention.

Rs 30 Crore Property Purchase in Mumbai

Prithviraj has invested in a premium duplex apartment in the upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai. The reported deal value is around Rs 30 crore. In an exclusive conversation with ETimes, Varun Singh, founder of Square Feat India, shared details about the transaction. He stated, "Prithviraj Sukumaran’s production house purchased a luxury duplex in Narain Terraces, Pali Hill, Bandra (West), Mumbai, for Rs 30.6 crore. The apartment spans 276 square meters (approximately 2,971 square feet) and includes four car parking spaces of 40 square meters (about 431 square feet). The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs 1.84 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The deal was signed on September 12."

Luxury Car Collection of the 'Khalifa' Actor

Apart from real estate, Prithviraj reportedly owns several high-end vehicles. According to Koimoi, his collection includes a Lamborghini Urus valued at around Rs 4.37 crore and a Range Rover Vogue estimated between Rs 2.37 crore and Rs 3 crore. Asianet Newsable reports that the actor charges between Rs 4 crore and Rs 10 crore per film project.

Upcoming Projects

On the work front, Prithviraj has several projects lined up. One of his upcoming films is 'I, Nobody', a Malayalam-language psychological heist thriller directed by Nissam Basheer and written by Sameer Abdul. The story follows Rajeevan, played by Prithviraj, whose ordinary life changes after he becomes linked to a Rs 17 crore bank robbery case. He also has 'Khalifa' and 'Varanasi' in the pipeline.
