Actor Raashii Khanna, who was last seen in a supporting role in the Pawan Kalyan-starrer 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh', recently shared her thoughts on the kind of characters she is drawn to. In a series of pictures posted on Instagram, she accompanied a note reflecting on her preference for emotionally complex roles.

Raashii revealed that she feels a strong connection to characters who appear strong on the outside but carry deeper emotional weight within. She wrote, 'I have always been drawn to characters who look like they are holding it together but are carrying something much heavier underneath. Some things don't leave you. They just change the way you move. Coming soon.'
About the 'Lukkhe' Series
On the work front, Raashii will next be seen in an upcoming OTT series titled 'Lukkhe'. The show also features artists like King, Lakshvir Singh Saran, Nakul Roshan Sahdev, Kritika Bharadwaj, Shivankit Parihar, Yograj Singh, and Ayesha Raza Mishra. Set in Chandigarh, the series explores the world of rap music, ambition, and crime, weaving themes of revenge and redemption. It follows two rival rappers, MC Badnaam and OG, whose conflict turns deeply personal. The show is set to premiere on May 8 on Prime Video.
Return in 'Farzi 2'
The actor will also return in the second season of 'Farzi', alongside Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi. Her role is expected to play a significant part in the upcoming season.
Other Upcoming Projects
Raashii Khanna has several other projects lined up. She will be seen in 'Talakhon Mein Ek' with Vikrant Massey and in 'Bridge' alongside R. Madhavan. Additionally, she is working on a new film directed by Anees Bazmee, which will star Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in lead roles.
