Rakhi Sawant, who recently won many hearts with her appearance on Bigg Boss Marathi 6, has opened up about her feelings for fellow contestant Raqesh Bapat. In an exclusive interview, she candidly discussed her one-sided love and the emotional turmoil that comes with it.
Real Feelings and Emotional Attachment
Speaking to Telly Masala, Rakhi revealed that her emotions are genuine. She said, "What I have felt is absolutely real. This is not some trivial matter or overthinking. Initially, when he said 'I like you, you are nice,' it created a special place in my heart. But when he later took back his words, that place remained empty, but the feelings didn't go away. That's what one-sided love is." She emphasized that such feelings are not fleeting but deep-seated.
Physical and Mental Impact
Rakhi elaborated on how unrequited love affects a person physically and mentally. "Your body reacts—heart racing, eyes turning red, strange vibrations inside like a guitar and bell ringing—this is a mix of strong attraction and emotional attachment. When just seeing someone has such an impact, it means your heart is truly involved," she shared.
Evolution of Feelings
The actress also described how such emotions evolve over time. "Initially, I thought it was just a timepass, then a situationship, and finally I realized it's something more. But by then, you've already given your heart to that person. And now the problem is that the story is incomplete. There was no proper start, no proper ending. So that restlessness inside continues," she explained.
Emotional Conflict
Rakhi highlighted the inner conflict people face in such situations. "I keep saying 'I am happy,' but in reality, that happiness is just a way to manage myself, not fully healed," she admitted.
On the work front, Rakhi Sawant has been receiving immense love for her stint on Bigg Boss Marathi 6, where she showcased her vibrant personality and emotional depth.
