Drawing a parallel with one of Bollywood's most celebrated physical transformations, Sham Kaushal placed Ram Charan in elite company. In an interview with India Today, he said, "I think the level of commitment shown by actors Ram Charan and Aamir Khan is remarkable. In a striking revelation, Sham Kaushal detailed the extent of Ram Charan's commitment during one of the film's most demanding sequences. The stunt director said, "I will tell you one thing. During the climax bout in the arena, on the very first day of shooting, unfortunately, Ram Charan got injured and needed stitches on his eyelids. But he completed the entire bout with those stitches because we couldn't postpone the shoot. We didn't have the stadium available again."
