TV Actress Sanchita Ugale Suicide: Brother Links Death to Sushant Singh Rajput
Sanchita Ugale Suicide: Brother Cites Sushant Connection

Sanchita Ugale, known for her roles in Saajan Ghar, Kumkum Bhagya, and Dilwali Dulha Le Jayegi, passed away on June 15, 2024, in an alleged suicide. Her sudden demise has left her family and friends in shock as they struggle to come to terms with the loss.

Brother Alleges Connection to Sushant Singh Rajput

Sanchita's brother, Akash Satish Ugale, has drawn a parallel between his sister's death and the 2020 suicide of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. He claims both were under immense pressure from the film industry and highlights that they died on the same date, June 14, six years apart.

In an interview with IANS, Akash stated: "He committed suicide on 14th June 2020. Why? Because Bollywood, this industry, put a lot of pressure on him, and because of that pressure, he committed suicide. In the same way, yesterday my sister also committed suicide for the same reason, that’s what I’m saying."

Social Media Post Coincidence

Akash pointed out that Sanchita's last Instagram reel was posted on June 14, with the caption: "It's again 14 June," remembering Sushant on his death anniversary. He believes this signifies a connection between the two tragedies.

"Just 1 day ago, meaning yesterday, she posted an Instagram reel in which it was written— 'It’s again 14 June'. This means that 14th June is happening again and yesterday itself she also committed suicide," he added.

Appeal to Authorities

Akash has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Droupadi Murmu, and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to investigate his sister's death. He also requested Deputy CMs Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Pawar to take note of the incident.

"So, I request my country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Draupadi Murmu, my state’s Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy CMs Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Pawar, to please take note of this incident," he said.
