Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly planning a summer wedding, with the date widely speculated to be June 13, 2026. However, every public appearance draws intense focus on Swift's midsection, with fans and media alike searching for signs of pregnancy. This speculation reached a fever pitch when Culture Cave, a parody account on X, shared an ultrasound sonogram image purportedly from Swift's Instagram account.
Parody Account Ignites Pregnancy Rumors
Culture Cave posted two photos on X: one of Swift and another screenshot of her Instagram Story featuring an ultrasound sonogram of a baby with a black background. The caption read: 'I'm eating for two now [pink heart and blue heart emojis].' This is not the first time Swift has been the subject of pregnancy rumors. In 2025, a Swift lookalike using the handle folklaura went viral after sharing two ethereal maternity photoshoot pictures on X, captioned: 'Little sneaky peek from our model call today, and I'm so excited to see myself pregnant with my rainbow baby and my beautiful toddler giving me kisses.' Fans quickly mistook her for the pop icon, with one user commenting, 'Omg I'm so sorry, but I literally thought someone made AI pics of Taylor [Swift] as a mom and I got so mad.' Another added, 'I honestly thought you were Taylor [Swift] in the first photo.'
Influencer Adds Fuel to the Fire
In April 2026, influencer Matt Wallace shared a 23-second video of Swift preparing music, captioned: 'Taylor Swift is 100% pregnant! She experienced a rapid weight gain, then seemed to disappear off the map. That is also why they are rushing the wedding for June 13th.' One fan responded, 'I'm getting pregnancy vibes also. Don't have proof. Just vibes. I hope it turns out to be true!!! But the wedding rush could also be because her future husband [Travis Kelce] is playing in the NFL again. Pre-season is months.'
While unsubstantiated pregnancy rumors like those from Culture Cave are rampant, there should be limits to such speculation, especially given Swift's aggressive efforts to combat unauthorized use of generative AI. Recently, Swift applied to trademark her voice and images to prevent AI misuse, but the issue persists.
Legal Protection Against AI Misuse
Iona Silverman, an intellectual property and media partner at law firm Freeths, explains: 'As generative AI makes it easier to create convincing imitations, celebrities and brands alike are looking to trademark law as a practical enforcement tool against increasingly sophisticated digital copies or deepfakes. The voice and image trademarks filed by Taylor Swift cover only the US, meaning there are significant gaps in protection in the rest of the world.'
