Theresa Randle is currently making headlines after facing legal issues with her ex-partner, Dario Pallini. The latter, as per the latest reports, has alleged that the 61-year-old actress broke into his home and threatened to kill him, among other accusations. Here is what we know about the case so far.
Dario Pallini accuses Theresa Randle of breaking and entering
TMZ recently reported that Pallini filed a complaint against the actress for a variety of reasons. In the report, he stated that the two were together for two years but parted ways in 2024. Following their split, he alleged in the complaint that the actress has been harassing him on multiple occasions.
According to the report, he alleged that the actress broke into his house on June 1. He further stated that when he arrived home, she was sitting in his closet along with his dog and smoking. A statement from the report added that Randle was "surprised I (Pallini) was there and said that she thought I was in jail."
It was also noted in the report that when Dario asked her to leave his premises, she started saying things that did not make sense and began complaining to him. When he told her that he was going to call the authorities, she threw a can of vegetables at his head. The report concluded that authorities had to be called to remove her from the premises.
Dario Pallini says Theresa Randle threatened to kill him
In the same complaint and petition he filed, Dario revealed that this was not the first time she had broken into his home. Another similar incident occurred on May 18 this year when he found her in his house without his consent. It was also revealed that she was arrested that night by authorities. After being asked to leave, she swung a part of his medical bed at him, resulting in him getting injured on the shoulder.
A statement also added that Pallini knew "she was high because she started to clean my house and told me that I owe her." Presenting the petition and complaint before a judge, Pallini stated, "She is addicted to drugs and needs help."
The official hearing date for the case has been set for June 23. As of now, he has also requested a temporary restraining order against the 'Malcolm X' actress.
