The year 2026 is shaping up to be an unprecedented one for music lovers across India. Following a blockbuster 2025 that saw sold-out shows by global superstars, the upcoming concert calendar is even more spectacular, featuring long-awaited debuts and major returns by some of the biggest names in rock, pop, and electronic music.
Historic Debuts and Long-Awaited Returns
The most anticipated announcement is the maiden India tour of the legendary rock band Linkin Park. As part of their 'Zero World Tour', the Grammy-winning group will headline Lollapalooza India 2026. Fans can catch them on January 23, 2026, at Brigade Innovation Gardens in Bengaluru, followed by a performance on January 25, 2026, at Mahalaxmi Racecourse in Mumbai.
Adding to the excitement, singer-songwriter John Mayer will also make his India debut. He is scheduled to perform a soulful night of hits on January 22, 2026, at the Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai. In another significant comeback, the progressive rock band Dream Theater returns after nine years for their 40th Anniversary Tour, with shows in Bengaluru on January 30 and Kolkata on February 1.
EDM Powerhouses Set to Electrify Multiple Cities
The electronic dance music scene will be dominated by several chart-topping international DJs. Calvin Harris, whose tour was rescheduled from December 2025, will now bring his high-energy show to three cities in April 2026: Bengaluru (April 17), Mumbai (April 18), and Delhi-NCR (April 19).
French superstar DJ Snake, known for hits like 'Lean On' and 'Taki Taki', embarks on an extensive six-city tour in February 2026:

The musical feast continues with other major acts. American rapper Playboi Carti will perform at Lollapalooza India in Mumbai on January 24. Folk-rock band The Lumineers bring their 'Automatic World Tour' to Delhi NCR on February 1.
February will also see a double bill in Bengaluru, with British rock giants Muse performing on February 14 and 15, and Grammy-winning pop-rock band Train taking the stage on Valentine's Day, February 14.
This packed schedule signals India's growing prominence as a must-visit destination on the global concert circuit, promising unforgettable live music experiences for fans nationwide.
