The film, which is expected to begin shooting this year, has generated significant buzz. According to the latest updates from the film's co-writer, the movie will have a strong international appeal, and production is slated to commence very soon.
'AA23' Story to Have International Feel
In a conversation with Galatta Plus, co-writer Rathna Kumar shared insights about the film. He described it as a proper pan-Indian movie, not because of the star cast or setting, but due to the story's universal appeal. "I think it's a proper pan-Indian film, not because of the stars, the central character, or the setting, but because the story has a very international appeal," he stated.
Kumar also recounted his experience working with Allu Arjun. "When Allu Arjun sir is doing the film, we can get whatever we need to shape it the way we want. It was very exciting to interact with him," he added.
He further revealed that the film's shoot is set to begin in May. "The work is progressing at a brisk pace. We already spent three weeks in discussions with him, and work will begin in the second week of May," Kumar said.
