Director Talks About the Film
While speaking with the same media outlet, director BV Nandini Reddy revealed that 'Maa Inti Bangaaram' follows a story pattern similar to Rajinikanth's popular film 'Baasha'. She explained that the team modified the concept by placing a woman at the center of the narrative. Talking about the film, BV Nandini Reddy said, “Maa Inti Bangaaram is based on a Baasha-style template, where the lead has a past. We slightly tweaked that template and explored how it would work with a woman in that position.” The film portrays Samantha as a woman who appears simple and innocent but conceals a powerful past.
