"I played a grey shade in a show almost a decade ago, and since then I’ve been yearning to play something like that again," Faakih reveals. Faakih draws a parallel between her own life journey and that of her character, which enhances her connection to the role. "I have always been a rebel. Everything I have today, I earned the hard way.
