The episode begins with Karan talking to Mihir and Tulsi about Rio. He tells them that Rio suspects something is amiss and that he saw Karan and Nandini together, which has led him to question the situation. Karan mentions that Rio is unwell and may eventually uncover the truth. Meanwhile, Rio asks Niyati to show him photos from her wedding, but she claims there are none, heightening his suspicion.
Mihir's Decision to Bring Rio Home
Mihir decides to bring Rio to the house, but Karan stops him, arguing it is not the right move. Karan warns that if Rio comes to Shanti Niketan, Nandini will be unable to control her emotions. The scene shifts back to Rio and Niyati discussing her family. When Rio asks about her father, Niyati says she cannot remember anything from her past for some unknown reason.
Karan's Call from the US Office
Karan receives a call from the US office about a case and attempts to leave the house. He fabricates a story about a fire outbreak, claiming he needs to return to the States. However, Mihir volunteers to go instead, insisting Karan stay to care for Nandini and Rio. Tulsi supports Mihir's decision, and Mihir asks Karan to book his flight. Mihir promises Tulsi that once he returns, he will take her on a honeymoon.
Ajay and Pari Reveal Everything
At home, Ajay tells everyone that Pari saved Sunny's life from Ranvijay. Indrani overhears this but still calls Pari a murderer. Ajay defends Pari, stating that if she had not acted, Sunny would have died. He tells Indrani she should thank Pari instead of blaming her, but Indrani retorts that Ajay's troubles are solely because of Pari. Angered, Ajay declares he will support Pari no matter what.
As Mihir prepares for his flight, Tulsi advises him to take care of himself and not forget his medications. She expresses concern for Rio's well-being, but Mihir reassures her that he will be there to support everyone and will return soon. He thanks Tulsi for coming back into his life and giving him a second chance.
