Actor Navien Pandit, who recently departed from the popular daily soap Pushpa Impossible, has finally spoken about his exit. The artist, last seen portraying Ashwin Patel in the show, was replaced by actor Samrith Bawa. In a candid conversation, Navien revealed that leaving the series was a deliberate and thoughtful choice on his part.
A Conscious Decision for Growth
Breaking his silence, Navien Pandit shared that he felt it was the perfect moment to step away. He believes an actor must recognize the right time to exit a project to focus on personal development and new opportunities. “As an artist, I felt it was the right time to move out of the show,” he stated. “An actor needs to be aware of the right moment to leave the stage and make quick decisions for self-growth and exploring fresh opportunities.”
Looking forward, his focus is firmly on the future. He expressed a strong desire to take on roles that are not only promising but also deeply challenging. “I’m looking forward to entertaining my audience with new roles,” Navien said. “I want to play promising and challenging characters — roles that are intensely written, emotionally deep, and connect strongly with the audience. Characters where I can speak through my expressions.” While he is actively manifesting lead roles, he remains open to any project that sparks his creative passion.
Adapting to an Evolving Television Landscape
With nearly eight years of experience in the television industry, Navien Pandit understands that adaptability is crucial for survival. He observes that the industry is in a constant state of flux, with social media playing a significant role in this transformation.
“The industry is evolving constantly. With time, things are changing, especially with social media,” he explained. “There’s pressure on actors to stay visible online, but it also makes casting easier. Today, we can audition from home and send our work digitally.”
His philosophy is to embrace change rather than resist it. He acknowledges that every shift brings both advantages and disadvantages. “There are pros and cons to everything. With time, you need to move on, accept the changes, and understand the market's demands instead of complaining. You have to go with the flow and keep evolving yourself,” Navien added.
A Stellar Career Beyond Pushpa Impossible

His portfolio includes roles in series such as Bade Bhaiyaa Ki Dulhaniya, Ranju Ki Betiyaan, Dil Sambhal Jaa Zara, and the historical comedy Tenali Rama. This diverse body of work showcases his versatility as a performer and sets the stage for the next chapter in his career.
