The series represents a directorial debut for Sharma, who has previously written acclaimed films including NH10 (2015), Udta Punjab (2016), and Sonchiriya (2019), and created Prime Video India's cop drama Pataal Lok. Sharma directs several episodes alongside Faisal Rahman.
The production comes from A Film Squad Production in association with Act Three, with Sharma serving as producer alongside Saurabh Malhotra, Manuj Mittra, and Tina Tharwani.
