The popular reality show Splitsvilla X6 continues to captivate audiences with its dramatic episodes, but a recent social media clip has sparked significant controversy among contestants and fans alike. A video showing contestants Yogesh Rawat and Diksha Pawar sharing a hug has gone viral, leading to heated discussions about its nature and appropriateness.
Himanshu's Strong Response to Fellow Contestants
Contestant Himanshu has now publicly addressed the situation through his Instagram stories, delivering a scathing critique of several fellow participants. He specifically called out Tayne for what he described as "utterly disrespectful" comments made during a livestream about Diksha and Yogesh.
"Here in India, we hold deep respect for someone we call our sister and see them in a completely different light," Himanshu emphasized. "What he said was cheap and disgusting, and the fact that Gullu and Deeptanshu laughed at it reveals their mindset about women as well."
Targeting Kushal Tanwar's Behavior
Himanshu didn't stop there, turning his attention to contestant Kushal Tanwar, whom he referred to as Gullu. "Gullu has constantly tried to provoke me and post stories about me, but I didn't care because he's irrelevant to me," he stated. "Still, his actions clearly show how he thinks about women."
He accused Kushal of deliberately repeating Tayne's comments to create a negative narrative and damage the characters of both Yogesh and Diksha. "I feel sad for all three of you and for the people associated with you," Himanshu expressed. "It was Diksha today, tomorrow it could be you, so choose your idols wisely."
Defending the Viral Hug and Women's Respect
Regarding the actual hug that started the controversy, Himanshu was unequivocal in his defense. "I don't see anything wrong with that hug," he declared firmly. "To the world and to my fans, please never behave like these idiots, take your mind out of the gutter, and respect women."
Calling Out Kashish Kapoor's Comments
Himanshu also addressed contestant Kashish Kapoor's involvement in the controversy. He referenced her review where she acknowledged her thoughts might appear "cheap" regarding the situation. "For your kind information, yes, the way you think is cheap," he responded directly. "What you said about Diksha and Yogesh is extremely filthy."
He expressed particular disappointment in Kashish's approach as a woman criticizing another woman. "Especially as a woman, trying to put down another woman is shameful beyond measure," Himanshu stated. "This is the same girl who flaunted her hickeys on national television in the name of content and is now handing out character certificates to every other contestant."
