Focus on Central Kitchens

Special attention has been given to the 38 central kitchens that prepare food under the Chief Minister’s Breakfast Scheme. Officials must clean storage rooms, cooking areas, drainage systems, and drinking water facilities. They are also to verify the safety and availability of LPG cylinders.
