A minor fire incident occurred at the Blood Bank of Government Multi-Specialty Hospital (GMSH), Sector 16, Chandigarh, during the early hours of Tuesday. The fire was quickly brought under control, preventing any major damage or disruption to essential services.

Senior hospital authorities, including the Director Health Services (DHS), Medical Superintendent (MS), Deputy Medical Superintendent (DMS), and the Incharge of the Blood Bank, rushed to the site to assess the situation.
