Chennai Hosts Women's Day Walkathon to Champion Health and Wellness

A significant Women's Day Walkathon 2K26 was successfully held in Chennai on Sunday, organized collaboratively by HushPurr Secret Wellness Store and Lions Club International. The event took place at Napier Bridge with the primary objectives of promoting breast cancer awareness, enhancing women's wellness, and advocating for a drug-free society.

Event Schedule and Activities

The walkathon commenced early at 5:30 AM, featuring a series of engaging activities designed to foster health and community spirit. Pre-event talks included welcome addresses that set a motivational tone for the day. This was followed by energetic Zumba and stretching sessions, which continued until 6:15 AM, helping participants warm up and prepare for the runs ahead.
