Raw Mango Dal Fry is a simple, comforting, and easy-to-make main course dish that is perfect for summer dinners. Traditionally prepared with toor dal and raw mangoes, this tangy delight pairs wonderfully with rice and roti. It also helps protect against heat stroke, making it an ideal choice for hot weather.

- 2 raw mangoes
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Soak the Dal

Step 3: Pressure Cook
Cook on a medium-low flame for 3-5 whistles until the dal is soft and fully cooked.
