Jaipur: Governor Haribhau Bagde on Friday unveiled the book Natyashastra: Pancham Ved Par Ekagra at Lok Bhavan. Edited by art scholar and Sahitya Akademi awardee Dr Rajesh Kumar Vyas, this volume brings together writings by leading scholars exploring the multifaceted dimensions of the Natyashastra, often described as the Fifth Veda within India's knowledge tradition.

Governor Bagde described the book as an important publication that offers readers a fresh and original perspective on this foundational Indian text. He praised the Ministry of Culture's North Zone Cultural Centre for initiating the project, highlighting its role in preserving and promoting India's rich cultural heritage.
