Happy Streets Bengaluru Debuts in Bellandur on Jan 4 for a Vibrant 2026 Start
Happy Streets Bengaluru Launches in Bellandur on Jan 4

The popular Happy Streets initiative by The Times of India is poised to bring its unique brand of community celebration to a new neighbourhood in Bengaluru. The programme will make its debut in Bellandur to usher in the New Year, offering residents a vibrant and active Sunday morning.

A Morning of Community and Celebration

The inaugural Bellandur edition is scheduled for Sunday, January 4, 2026. The event will transform a section of the city from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. The activities will unfold along Doddakannelli Main Road, specifically near the back gate of Adarsh Palm Retreat. Presented by Bhima Jewellers, this event promises a dynamic mix of engagement for all ages.

Diverse Stalls Blending Awareness, Art, and Fitness

The event lineup is carefully curated to foster civic sense, creativity, and health. A key stall, Reclaim Constitution, will spark meaningful dialogue about India's Constitution while distributing copies of the Preamble to attendees.

For artistic minds, Prashree Arts will host calming Mandala art sessions. Meanwhile, Globalart Panathur has designed special creative activities to let children explore colours and unleash their imagination.

Fitness takes a front seat with multiple offerings. NeeRav Arts Village will introduce participants to Mudgar, a traditional Indian fitness tool. Cycling enthusiasts can test-ride bicycles at the Jayant Probikes & Fitness stall, while Rocks Fitness will showcase gym equipment for those beginning their fitness journey. Adding a glide to the stride, the Mark Figure Skating Club will provide guided training sessions to introduce visitors to skating.

Sustainability and Rewards

A core theme of this edition is sustainability. WeKnewRenew will host a #ReturnToRepurpose collection drive, actively encouraging residents to bring their used glass jars and bottles for repurposing. This initiative not only promotes environmental responsibility but also offers participants a chance to win exciting vouchers.

With its rich blend of stalls and community-driven activities, Happy Streets Bellandur is set to provide a meaningful, energetic, and memorable start to the year 2026 for Bengaluru residents.
