Mandi's International Shivratri Festival to be Inaugurated by Deputy CM on Feb 16
In a significant announcement, Mandi Deputy Commissioner and Fair Committee Chairman Apoorv Devgan revealed that the 7-day International Shivratri Festival will be formally inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri at Paddal Ground on February 16.
