Haridwar, March 27: Patanjali Yogpeeth marked a significant spiritual milestone as it commemorated the 32nd Sanyas Diwas of its revered founder, Swami Ramdev, on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami. The grand celebration unfolded at the Yog Bhavan auditorium within Patanjali Yogpeeth-II in Haridwar, bringing together a distinguished assembly of saints, scholars, and dedicated members of the Patanjali family. This event not only honored Swami Ramdev's spiritual journey but also coincided with the culmination of Navratri, creating a powerful convergence of sacred observances.
Swami Ramdev Highlights Triple Celebration and Patanjali's Legacy
Addressing the gathering, Swami Ramdev emphasized the profound spiritual alignment of the day, stating, "Today we are celebrating three sacred occasions together—Ram Navami, the completion of Navratri, and Patanjali's Sanyas Diwas. This is a moment of deep spiritual alignment and national pride." He reflected on Patanjali's transformative journey over the past three decades, detailing the organization's extensive contributions across multiple sectors.
Swami Ramdev elaborated: "Through Patanjali Yogpeeth, we have made historic contributions in education, healthcare, research, agriculture, industry, employment, environmental protection, character building, and nation-building." He further highlighted the remarkable scale of Patanjali's outreach, noting that its initiatives now extend across more than 600 districts, 5,000 tehsils, over 35 lakh villages, and nearly 200 countries globally, demonstrating a truly worldwide impact.

Swami Ramdev also underscored the critical importance of education grounded in Indian cultural values. "Formal education alone cannot shape a better future.
