Ethos Limited (NSE: ETHOS), India's largest retailer of luxury watches, has announced that it will host the prestigious Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) Exhibition 2026 in Mumbai. This marks the first time the exhibition will be held in India, bringing the "Oscars of Watchmaking" to the country.
What is the GPHG?
The Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève, established in 2001, is the world's foremost annual award dedicated to contemporary watchmaking. Organized by the GPHG Foundation in Geneva, the awards celebrate excellence in watchmaking across 15 categories. Finalist timepieces are selected from over 1,000 nominations and judged by an international jury of experts, collectors, journalists, and industry leaders. The traveling exhibition showcases these exceptional creations, representing the pinnacle of innovation, craftsmanship, design, and artistic excellence.
