Both nations are looking to expedite negotiations for three additional Scorpene submarines, to be jointly constructed by Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders and France's Naval Group.
Submarine Collaboration
The proposed submarines are part of a broader effort to enhance India's underwater combat capabilities. The existing partnership has already seen the construction of six Scorpene-class submarines under Project 75.
