PM Modi Urges Bihar Voters to Create New Record in Phase 2 Elections
PM Modi Appeals for High Turnout in Bihar Phase 2 Voting

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made a passionate appeal to voters in Bihar as the state enters the crucial second phase of assembly elections on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Final Phase Voting Begins

Polling for the second and final phase of Bihar Elections 2025 commenced at 7 AM on November 11, covering 122 constituencies across the state. The Prime Minister took to social media platform X to deliver his message in Hindi, emphasizing the importance of voter participation.

"Today is the second and final phase of voting in the Bihar Assembly elections. My request to all voters is that they participate actively in it and create a new record for voting," PM Modi wrote in his post.

Special Focus on Young Voters

In a targeted appeal to the youth demographic, the Prime Minister specifically addressed first-time voters across Bihar. He urged young voters not only to cast their ballots but also to inspire others to participate in the democratic process.

"I have a special appeal to the young companions of the state who are going to vote for the first time that they should not only cast their vote themselves but also inspire others to do so," PM Modi emphasized in his message.

Building on Phase 1 Success

The Prime Minister's call for creating a new voting record comes after what he described as successful participation during the first phase of polling. PM Modi expressed hope that voters in the 122 constituencies would surpass the voting percentages achieved in the initial phase.

The appeal follows PM Modi's recent public rally in Bettiah, Bihar, where he addressed supporters on Saturday, November 8, 2025, as part of his election campaign for the Bihar Assembly Elections.

With this final phase of voting, Bihar completes its electoral process, and all eyes are now on voter turnout numbers and the eventual results that will determine the state's political future.
