In a significant move to enhance urban development quality and public safety, the commissioner of the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC), G Srijana, has issued a strong directive to builders and developers. During a comprehensive meeting with key industry stakeholders, including CREDAI, NAREDCO, the Telangana Developers Association, and various builders, the commissioner emphasized the critical need for strict compliance with all construction norms, environmental standards, and statutory regulations.
Focus on Safety and Pollution Control Measures
The commissioner instructed developers to implement robust safety protocols at construction sites to safeguard workers and the general public. Clarifications on Occupancy Certificates and Waste Management
