Currently, Delhi has the capacity for approximately 18 lakh PNG connections, with about 14 lakh already installed. Authorities have been directed to implement the remaining connections in mission mode, with current monthly additions of around 10,000 new connections that can potentially be scaled up to 25,000 if required.
