Haryana Government Establishes Dedicated Support Call Centre for Armed Forces Community

The Haryana government has taken a significant step to support the armed forces community by establishing a dedicated call centre. This initiative is designed to provide comprehensive assistance and support to serving armed forces personnel, ex-servicemen, members of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), and their families across the state.

Centralized Assistance for Welfare Schemes and Grievance Redressal

Additional Chief Secretary of the Sainik and Ardh Sainik Welfare Department, Vijayendra Kumar, announced on Wednesday that the call centre will serve as a single point of contact for all matters related to welfare and entitlements. The primary objective is to ensure timely redressal of grievances and to provide accurate information regarding the various welfare schemes and services offered by the Government of Haryana.

"This initiative aims to facilitate access to benefits and guide beneficiaries on issues concerning their welfare," stated Kumar. He emphasized that the department remains deeply committed to the well-being of the armed forces and CAPF community, viewing this call centre as a crucial step in strengthening support services.

Operational Details and Contact Information

The dedicated call centre has been operational since March 20, 2026. Eligible beneficiaries, including serving personnel, veterans, and their family members, can contact the centre by dialing 0172-5210277. The facility will function from Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, excluding government holidays.

Kumar urged all members of the armed forces community to utilize this facility for prompt, efficient, and hassle-free assistance. The call centre is expected to streamline the process of obtaining guidance on welfare schemes, thereby enhancing the overall support system for those who have served the nation.

This move underscores the Haryana government's ongoing efforts to honor and assist its military and paramilitary personnel, ensuring they receive the benefits and support they rightfully deserve.
