Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has emphasized that every complaint filed on the state's 'CM Window' portal represents a vital bond of trust with the public, not just a procedural entry. He stated that officials connected to the platform must handle these grievances with utmost honesty, integrity, and transparency.
CM Window: A Direct Link to Public Trust
Interacting with officials associated with the online portal from all districts in Chandigarh on Monday, the Chief Minister highlighted the platform's direct connection between citizens and his office. This link, he said, multiplies the accountability of the concerned officers towards the people. He stressed that collective efforts are needed to fortify the CM Window into a robust and dependable system where every citizen feels confident that their issues will be addressed effectively and on time.
Substantial Redressal Numbers Show Commitment
Providing key statistics, CM Saini informed that the portal was launched on December 25, 2014, with the goal of offering prompt solutions to common citizens. To date, a total of 14,82,924 complaints have been registered on the platform. Out of these, an impressive 14,12,136 grievances have been successfully resolved, showcasing the government's steadfast commitment to prioritizing public concerns.
"When a citizen registers a complaint, it is an expression of faith in the Chief Minister and the state government," Saini remarked. He asserted that maintaining the portal's transparency, responsiveness, and sensitivity is imperative to nurture and strengthen this public confidence, which in turn ensures the administration works with more dedication and efficiency.
District-Level Camps Boost Resolution Rate
To ensure effective complaint disposal at the grassroots level, the government is organizing 'Samadhan Shivirs' (solution camps) every Monday and Thursday under the chairmanship of the respective Deputy Commissioners. Saini shared that these camps have received 1,47,299 complaints across the state so far. Out of these, 1,19,597 have been resolved, with work progressing swiftly on the remaining cases.
A Call for Fair and Timely Action
The Chief Minister urged all officials linked to the CM Window portal to scrutinize each complaint thoroughly and ensure its resolution is fair, transparent, and timely. Sustaining the public's trust through this mechanism, he concluded, is paramount for a dedicated and sensitive administrative machinery. By doing so, the platform will continue to be a source of pride and reliability for every resident of Haryana.
