The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has granted a one-time relief to candidates who applied for various government posts under the Common Eligibility Test (CET) Group C but missed mandatory biometric verification and physical tests due to non-availability of admit cards.
Admit Cards Released
HSSC Chairman Himmat Singh announced that the admit cards have been issued, enabling candidates to complete the required formalities for recruitment. Applicants can download their admit cards by logging into their user IDs on the official website.
Process and Schedule
Candidates have been directed to appear in person at Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Sector 3, Panchkula, on their designated dates. They must carry a printed copy of their admit card along with a valid photo identity proof. Entry will be permitted only with these documents.
To provide a final opportunity, the Commission has revised the schedule for biometric verification, physical measurement tests (PMT), and physical screening tests (PST), which will continue until June 5. Officials have clarified that this is a one-time, final chance, and no further opportunity will be granted to those who fail to appear within the revised timeline.
Special Provisions for Forester and Forest Guard Posts
Candidates who applied for Forester and Forest Guard posts but could not complete biometric verification between May 11 and May 22—largely due to difficulties in accessing admit cards—have been allowed another chance to complete the process. They were also required to submit their details through a Google Form available on the Commission’s official website.
Biometric verification remains mandatory for candidates whose authentication was not completed during the written examination stage. Without this step, applicants will not be eligible to proceed further in the recruitment process.
Revised Dates for Different Groups
- Candidates who were absent between May 11 and May 16 were rescheduled for June 3.
- Those who missed May 18 and May 19 were instructed to report on June 4.
- Applicants who could not attend between May 20 and May 22 have been asked to appear on June 5.
Reporting time for biometric verification has been fixed at 6:30 am, with entry strictly closing at 10:00 am under all circumstances.
Opportunities for Constable Candidates
Meanwhile, candidates for Constable (General Duty) have already been given additional opportunities on June 1 and June 2. Applicants for Railway Police posts are being called in batches between June 3 and June 6.
Several candidates who applied for Constable (male) posts under the ‘General’ category and Government Railway Police, and who remained absent during the April 20 to May 30 window for PMT, have also been granted another opportunity to complete the process.
