Minister Gangwa Reviews Development, Redresses Grievances in Rewari

Haryana Public Health Engineering and Public Works Minister Ranbir Gangwa chaired a meeting of the District Development and Monitoring Committee at the PWD Rest House in Rewari on Thursday. He directed the committee to allocate the approved Rs 14.20 crore for the district's development in 2026-27 across all blocks and municipal bodies based on population.

Focus on Quality and Monitoring

The minister emphasized regular monitoring and review of development works, stressing the importance of quality. He also reviewed projects approved in the previous financial year 2025-26. Gangwa urged officials to ensure timely resolution of residents' complaints to reduce the need for approaching the Grievances Committee.

Grievance Redressal Meeting

During the District Grievances Redressal Committee meeting, 10 out of 14 complaints were resolved on the spot. Santosh Devi, a resident of Anaj Mandi, raised an issue regarding her plot in HSVP Sector 4. She had taken possession and built a boundary wall, but HSVP refused to approve the building plan due to a layout change. The minister directed the Deputy Commissioner to resolve the matter promptly.
