A minor fire broke out near the Central Library Building of Gujarat University on Tuesday, creating panic among students who had arrived on campus for examinations. The fire reportedly started in a pile of dry garbage that had been lying near the library for an extended period.

As the flames intensified, students in the vicinity became alarmed, leading to brief chaos and confusion.
