Vanshika Rana Selected for Prestigious Prerana Programme
Vanshika Rana, a Class XII student at Green Field Senior Secondary School in Nagrota Bagwan, has participated in the Prerana programme, a residential initiative by the Union Ministry of Education designed to foster leadership and nation-building among students from Classes IX to XII.
Out of thousands of applicants nationwide, only two students from Himachal Pradesh were chosen for this coveted programme. Vanshika’s selection has brought pride to her school and the entire state.
Programme Details and Experience
The residential programme was held at Vadnagar in Gujarat. Vanshika was accompanied by escort teacher Pooja Sen. The programme included interactive sessions, leadership activities, cultural exchanges, and value-based learning to build confidence, responsibility, and a national perspective.
School management, principal, staff, and students congratulated Vanshika on her achievement and wished her continued success.
