The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) invested a total of Rs 18.3 crore in the construction of this vital infrastructure project. The project was initially launched in 2023 but faced significant setbacks due to a combination of factors, including a mid-project change in design and delays in obtaining necessary permissions, most notably the critical environmental clearance.
