Mandatory Soak Pit Construction and Wastewater Compliance
In an official release from the Municipal Commissioner's office, the public has been instructed to construct soak pits on their premises for proper wastewater disposal. The council emphasizes that all wastewater must be managed in strict accordance with established municipal regulations. Authorities have warned that any violation, including the discharge of contaminated water into storm drains, will result in stringent legal action under the provisions of the Municipal Act.
