Priority Resolution for Welfare Schemes
The spokesperson added that matters related to government-run schemes, such as old-age pensions and scholarships, are being resolved on a priority basis. This ensures that the elderly and students receive timely financial assistance, thereby providing stability and security in their lives. These schemes are proving to be immensely beneficial for the economically weaker sections of society.
The official stated that the department is committed to ensuring that no eligible individual faces any delays or difficulties in accessing the benefits of these schemes.
Direct Assistance to Needy Individuals
The spokesperson said that over the past year alone, direct assistance has been extended to 3,168 needy individuals. Furthermore, within just the last four months, the grievances of 991 individuals were resolved, and they were provided with the benefits of various schemes.
