With this latest addition, the total number of Anna Canteens in Andhra Pradesh has risen to 269, marking a substantial growth in the state's food security infrastructure. Naidu announced that five more canteens are scheduled to open soon, further extending the network's reach. Notably, two new facilities were inaugurated in Alluri Sitarama Raju district at Paderu and Araku Valley, regions often dubbed as 'Andhra Ooty' due to their scenic beauty.
