Punjab Minister Announces Final Notification for Nangal-Kiratpur Sahib Four-Laning Project
In a significant development for Punjab's infrastructure landscape, Education Minister and Sri Anandpur Sahib MLA Harjot Singh Bains on Tuesday announced the issuance of the final notification for the four-laning of the Nangal-Kiratpur Sahib road. "Our target is to finish land acquisition within a record time of two months and proceed swiftly towards tendering and execution," Bains added, outlining an ambitious timeline for project implementation.

Bains attributed the project's progress to comprehensive survey data and continuous engagement with key authorities including the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
