A tragic late-night road accident on the Madhya Pradesh-Rajasthan border has resulted in the death of three young men and left a fourth fighting for his life. The horrific collision occurred in the early hours of Thursday when the friends' speeding car violently rammed into the back of a truck.
Details of the Nayagaon Barrier Accident
The fatal incident took place at around 1:45 am on Thursday near the Nayagaon barrier in Neemuch district. According to Neemuch Superintendent of Police Ankit Jaiswal, the Hyundai i20 car, which was at high speed, lost control and crashed into the rear of a moving truck. The impact was so severe that the car was mangled beyond recognition.
All four occupants were residents of Mandsaur district and were returning home after offering prayers at the revered Sanwaliya Seth temple. The journey ended in catastrophe just kilometres from the state border.
Victims Identified, One Survivor Battles Injuries
The police have identified the three deceased. They are Pinkesh Mandaliya from Malhargarh, Bharat Mori, and Govardhan from Lasudiya Kadmala. The sole survivor, Rai Singh from Bhainsakheda, sustained grievous injuries in the crash. He was rushed to a hospital where his condition remains critical, and he is currently undergoing treatment.
Local authorities acted swiftly after being alerted. Police personnel reached the accident site, recovered the bodies, and sent them for postmortem examination. An official case has been registered, and investigators are examining all possible angles to determine the exact cause of the crash.
