A fast-track court in Attingal has sentenced a 75-year-old man to five years of rigorous imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 for attempting to sexually assault a four-year-old girl at her residence in Vellalur village. The convict, a neighbor of the survivor's family, was found guilty in a case registered by Kilimanoor police.
