Details of the Alleged Fraud

The complainant came into contact with the Dholka jewellery shop owner about nine months ago. The complaint alleged that the accused bought gold jewellery worth Rs 1.8 crore with payment promised within a month according to prevailing market credit practices, and a cheque was given as security.
