The complainant, Ritesh Khatnani, a 40-year-old cloth merchant residing in New Naroda, reported that the collision occurred around 9:15 PM on February 12 near Naroda Kapadivas Road. Khatnani was riding an Activa scooter with his wife seated behind him and their 4-year-old daughter, Vihaana, standing in the front portion of the vehicle. According to the statement, a speeding car allegedly struck them from the front, leading to significant injuries for all three family members.
Khatnani sustained injuries near his left eye, arm, waist, and leg. His daughter, Vihaana, suffered facial injuries and bleeding, necessitating admission to a private hospital in Naroda for medical treatment. His wife experienced minor injuries but was also affected by the traumatic event.

Following the accident, local residents quickly intervened and apprehended the driver, identified as Raghvendra Singh, a resident of Nikol, as he allegedly attempted to flee the scene.
