The deceased has been identified as Raju Kajaniya, 56, son of Kalicharan, who resided in Anna Nagar, ITO, New Delhi. Police confirmed that Kajaniya was employed as a peon with Punjab National Bank at the time of the tragic incident.

Following the accident, the police swiftly took action at the scene. The truck driver, identified as Arun Kumar, 29, a resident of Sitamarhi district in Bihar, was apprehended from the spot.
