During the argument, the situation turned more dangerous. The accused reportedly pulled out a dagger. He then threatened the occupants of the car with this weapon. After making these threats, he fled the scene on his scooter, leaving the victims shaken.
The FIR clearly states that the accused wrongfully restrained the complainant's vehicle. He also used a deadly weapon to intimidate the car's occupants before escaping.
